Silkstone Community Hub Consultation Survey

Note : A grant application to Awards for All was unsuccessful but another application has been submitted to Veolia - the outcome of which should be known just before Christmas.

As part of their aim to consult residents and local groups on their project proposals; the Parish Council would welcome your input into the proposal to create a community hub next to the Huskar Community Rooms in Silkstone. The site is central geographically to the Parish which includes Silkstone and Silkstone Common. The area currently has a Multi Use Games area, part of the proposal is to extend this facility and to provide a trim trail and picnic orchard as well as improved parking facilities and nature trail into Conroyd Wood
